What We Do

We amplify private or public events in the 3 stages shown below. Open or closed, corporate or just for fun, each event uses fundamentally the same skilled people and technology. Our full end-end event packages start at £5k, we also offer consultancy or plug into existing teams.

Pre-EventDuring-EventPost-Event

Pre Event

  • Get your social ducks in a row (Set up or access platforms and dashboards)
  • Agree KPIs, policy/procedures and setup social analytics
  • Maximise exposure of your content and setup social sales channels where relevant
  • Skills: Campaign Manager & Project Director
  • We would like to start at least 3 months in advance

During Event

  • Generate video, photo and text content for social platforms such as Flickr, Twitter and YouTube with live blogging, interviewing and web streaming
  • Monitor social channels. Aggregate, filter and show on event screens or digital signage
  • Encourage the social conversation live and create media interaction between audience and stage (Here is an example of a Buzz Aggregator from the last BIMA Awards)
  • Skills: Videographer, Photographer, Campaign Manager, Project Director (Or multiples depending on scale of event)

Post Event

  • Execute event followup (Thanks, next events, watch-outs etc)
  • Analyse data and report on KPIs
  • Handover community management (Or help you outsource)
  • Set up next event
  • Skills: Project Director & Campaign Manager
  • Usually takes 1 week to mop-up post event
