Pre Event- Get your social ducks in a row (Set up or access platforms and dashboards)
- Agree KPIs, policy/procedures and setup social analytics

- We would like to start at least 3 months in advance
| During Event- Generate video, photo and text content for social platforms such as Flickr, Twitter and YouTube with live blogging, interviewing and web streaming
- Monitor social channels. Aggregate, filter and show on event screens or digital signage
- Encourage the social conversation live and create media interaction between audience and stage (Here is an example of a Buzz Aggregator from the last BIMA Awards)
- Skills: Videographer, Photographer, Campaign Manager, Project Director (Or multiples depending on scale of event)
| Post Event- Execute event followup (Thanks, next events, watch-outs etc)
- Analyse data and report on KPIs
- Handover community management (Or help you outsource)
- Set up next event
